Delta Dental has over 130,00 participating dentists nationwide. The Delta plans allow you the freedom to choose a dentist whether or not they participate in this program.
As long as you visit a Delta dentist, there are no claims forms to worry about and payment is made directly to the dentist. If you choose not to use a Delta dentist, you file a claim form, pay the dentist directly and wait for reimburement. |
