  Cancer Insurance
Available to companies with 1 to 99 employees
Cancer/Specified Disease Protection Insurance- Two-thirds of all costs relating to the treatment of cancer are non-medical, according to the American Cancer Society's Cancer Facts and Figures, 1997. AHL's cancer insurance plans pay for cancer and 20 other specified diseases. The plans are flexible, allowing the insured to decide the amount of coverage needed with an affordable premium structure. Offers low and high premium versions, with benefits including a $100/$200 daily Hospital Confinement Benefits, as well as actual charges up to 45,000/$10,000 for radiation therapy, chemotherapy, experimental treatment and blood treatments incurred within a 12-month period. A total of twenty-four benefits provide. Twenty other specified diseases covered. Section 125 qualified.

  Disability Income Insurance
Available to companies with 1 to 99 employees
DI-4- This is a short-term accident and sickness disability income plan. Minimum benefit $400/month, provides coverage for 60% of current gross income up to $3,000. available benefit periods are 3 months, 6 months, 1 year and 2 years. Available elimination periods from 0/7, 7/7, 0/14, 30/30, 90/90, 180/180 (accident days/sickness days). Must work 25 hours or more.
Spouse coverage available - spouse must be employed and sign the application. The employee may keep the coverage until age 65, even if he/she changes jobs, as long as premiums are paid.

  Hospital Indemnity Insurance
Available to companies with 1 to 99 employees
Supplemental Health Options Policy - To help meet out of pocket costs and the indirect cost of hospital confinement, AHL offers a Supplemental Health Options Plan (SHOP). Benefits are also paid in addition to all other coverage's, including Workers' Compensation. Guaranteed renewable to age 65. Section 125 qualified.

  Term Life Insurance
Available to companies with 1 to 99 employees
20-Year Term (P20RCT) - 20 year renewable and convertible term policy with level death benefits. Minimum amount: $10,000. Renewable to age 70, current premiums are guaranteed for 5 years.

10-Year Term (10YTP-80) - Renewable for 10-year periods to age 95. Convertible to age 70. Current premiums are guaranteed for 5 years. Unisex. Tobacco and non-tobacco. Minimum Issue $25,000. Simplified Issue below $100,000


  Universal Life Insurance
Available to companies with 1 to 99 employees
Flex Life 9 (UL9P) - Accumulates tax deferred cash savings. Policies can generally be issued with Simplified Issue underwriting to $100,000. Unisex. Tobacco and Non-Tobacco. Minimum issue $5,000. Plans and riders are available for the employee, spouse and children. Optional riders available for your specific needs. Portable.
